Hannah Morris ★
Oh hey!
My name is Hannah Morris and I'm a graphic designer! My earliest design memory is making and editing music videos in Video Star in first grade and learning how to edit cool effects onto my videos. It may sound silly but it was my start! In this class, I'm most excited to learn how to make designs that people can actually interact with, and I've always been interested in website design!
I would describe my design aesthetic as
Fun, clean, bold

FAQs
How do you define “Interaction Design”?
I would define “Interaction Design” as the process of creating digital interfaces that allow users to interact with your design in a way that's easy to use, well-structured, and enjoyable.
When was the last time you saw digital design in the world that surprised you?
Looking at the websites on Laurels Arena in class was really surprising and cool because I had no idea that websites could be that complex and fun! It made me want to learn more about website design and made me more excited for this course!
Print VS Digital Product
You have to consider different things in a print product vs a digital product to ensure it’s accessible for your audience. For example, if you’re designing a poster you need to prioritize readability and considering best colors for print. In a digital design, you want to make is easy for the user to navigate and interact with your design.
What does “UX and UI” mean to you?
UX means “user experience” which talks about the user's journey, usability, and satisfaction with a website or product. UI stands for “user interface” which is the visual and interactive components that a user sees and interacts with on a website or product.
